Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for purchases of AffSERP credits and subscriptions from AffSERP.

Free trial first

Every new account includes free credits so you can try the Service and evaluate the output before paying. We encourage you to use the free trial to confirm AffSERP fits your needs.

Credits

Because credits are consumed to generate content (which incurs real third-party costs immediately), used credits are non-refundable. If you have a large balance of unused credits and believe a refund is warranted, contact us within [14] days of purchase and we will consider it in good faith, at our discretion.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law, payments already made for the current period are non-refundable, and you keep access until the period ends.

Problems and exceptions

If the Service failed to deliver what you paid for due to a fault on our side, contact us — we'll make it right, including a refund or credit where appropriate. Refunds required by applicable consumer law will always be honored.

How to request

Email support@affserp.com with your account email and order details. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and refunds are issued through it.
