Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AffSERP ("we") handles information when you use AffSERP (the "Service").
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email, and password (stored hashed).
- Content you provide: keywords, prompts, settings, and the articles generated for you.
- Connection credentials: credentials for destinations you connect (e.g. WordPress application passwords, affiliate API keys). These are stored encrypted and used only to perform the actions you request.
- Billing information: handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
- Usage data: logs and basic analytics needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, generate and publish your content, process payments, communicate with you (e.g. password resets, account emails), and keep the Service secure and compliant.
Third parties we share with
We share data only as needed to run the Service, with providers such as: AI model providers (to generate content from your inputs), Amazon's product APIs, image providers, your connected hosting/CMS, our email provider, and our payment provider. We do not sell your personal information.
AI processing
Your generation inputs are sent to third-party AI providers to produce content. Their handling of that data is governed by their own terms; we use providers on terms intended to prevent training on your data where available, but you should avoid submitting sensitive personal data as generation input.
Data retention
We keep your account data and content while your account is active and as needed for legal/operational purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
Security
We use encryption for stored credentials and standard measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact us to exercise them.
